Project Detail

Phase 1 Tadika development in Putrajaya consist of 5 sites ie. in Precinct 9, Precinct 11, Precinct 15 and Precinct 16. PT 1444 is well integrated with residential area in Precinct 9.  It is occupying 0.30 acre is an envisaged as a public community are to serve the surrounding neighborhood.  The site is attached to a 0.71 acre playground to the North and surrounded by terrace houses.

Plot PT 5059 is located at the mid of residential area in Zone 9D Precinct 9.  It is occupying 0.50 acre and attached to a green area to the west.  The main access to the site is from the east. Plot PT 3335 is located in Zone 3 Precinct 11.  It is occupying 0.50 acre and attached to a Surau to the east and Pump Station to the south.

Plot PT 9295is located in Precinct 15.  It is occupying 0.49 acre and attached to a commercial plot to the west and Surau to the north and surrounded by semi detached residential area.  The main access to the site is from the east. Plot PT 2804 is well integrated with residential area in Precinct 16.  It is occupying 0.59 acre and attached to a green area Taman Danau Suria to the west.
